Keeping pace with the demands of the marketplace, the OPENSUITE team has
reached 50 people, which prompted us to update and streamline our
management and corporate structure. We are therefore happy to announce that
effective immediately, our community project as well as the entire Belarus office
will now be managed by a dedicated US-based company, named OPENSUITE
CORPORATION. The change was designed to provide our clients and partners
with the best possible service, and to position the company for continuing
expansion and growth.
With its headquarters in Livingston, New Jersey, which is only about 20 miles from the New York City, and an advanced development center in Belarus, the OPENSUITE CORPORATION traces its roots to a rich and exciting history with more than 12 years of experience in the IT business. And, as a result of the newly optimized structure, our clients will now be able to tap more directly into the wealth of talent of our technical staff and to avail themselves of our extensive and diverse expertise, resulting from over a decade of significant concentration on Internet based systems design and development.
Because at the outset, the changes in the management approach would be instituted gradually, the current clients may not immediately perceive noticeable differences from the previous organizational structure. However, the new more results-oriented strategy embraces greater autonomy for project teams and is designed to help assure consistently high levels of client satisfaction. It is our intent to empower and inspire our developers, project managers, and all those who are the closest to the clients, recognizing that they are in the best position to understand the needs of each individual client, to offer the best-fit solutions, and to contribute the greatest value on every project.
And even though we would naturally like to continue our growth from 50 people to 100 and beyond, we absolutely recognize that the company should only grow in size if at the same time it can not only maintain but continue to enhance the total quality of its deliverables. So, while we are excited about reaching this important point in our development, the growth in company size is not our primary motivator, but rather it’s the excitement of seeing the results of our ongoing contributions to each and very client, which drives us forward.
We know that without your success, our success would not have been possible, and we thank you for your support.
